Consultation and Fees
Property Presentation Services will help you sell your property in the current difficult market conditions. Our service offers the following benefits:
- A two hour consultation with Nigel and Daphne Leck at your property
- A written report with recommendations and priorities
- A marketing report detailing sold property prices in your area over the previous three years
- Guidance on choosing the right estate agent for your type of property
- A written outline of recommended work with budget and time-scale
- Clear guidance on where, and where not, to spend money
- Further advice by e-mail or telephone up to the time of sale

Fee of £499 paid on the day of consultation
Gold Scheme
We have so much confidence in our ability to help you sell your property we will take an initial fee of just £249 pounds on the day of consultation followed by a further fee of 0.1% of the achieved price once the property has sold. For the vendor of a property sold at the average price in the UK this would involve a further fee of £250. Please note that this scheme is only available to those clients whose property is not on the market (and has not been on the market in the previous six months) at the time of consultation. Property Presentation Services also reserves the right to make another visit to the property to check that our recommendations have been implemented. Should a vendor decide to remove their property from the market the balance of the Silver Scheme fee would be payable (£250)
Initial Fee of £249 followed by 0.1% of sold price upon completion
Platinum Scheme
This is the ultimate service whereby property vendors can hand over the responsibilty for any refurbishment required to us. We will organise and supervise tradesmen, source quality materials at trade prices and assist in the final dressing of a property. We arrange and manage any required refurbishment to agreed budgets and time scales and any fees already paid to Property Presentation Services will be credited on completion of work.
Fee of £499, paid on the day of consultation, to be credited against the cost of any refurbishment. Terms and conditions apply.
