Launched in 1998, Property Presentation Services was the first House Doctor consultancy in the UK to offer home owners advice on preparing their property to sell or let more quickly and at top valuation. With the property market in the middle of a slump it is even more important to prepare property for the market. We are now working with Thames Valley Renovations, an experienced building/renovation company to provide a complete design/build service to our clients.
Many of our clients are now choosing to 'improve, not move'. They are realising that they should spend their money on improving their home NOW, so that when the market recovers they will be ready to sell their property in tip-top condition. We know where money should be spent on a property to add the most value (eg adding more space, refurbishing kitchens and/or bathrooms), and can organise trades and project manage to a budget.
