Nigel and Daphne Leck of Property Presentation Services
Nigel Leck has run his own property company for over twenty years. In that time he has bought, renovated and sold dozens of properties, both at home and abroad. He has experience of all levels of the property market from studio flats to listed properties and is well versed in planniing laws and building regulations.
In 2001 he became involved with the highly acclaimed BBC TV programme 'The Million Pound Property Experiment' with designers Justin Ryan and Colin McAllister. Not only did he appear on screen, but was also project manager for several of the renovations.
Since then he has appeared on many tv and radio programmes, including 'Uncharted Territory' for the BBC, a series looking at buying property abroad, and Overseas Property TV's 'Ask The Property Experts' and 'Property Market'.
Daphne Leck joined Nigel's business in 1996. Understanding that superb presentation was essential when selling property, she set up Property Presentation Services in 1998. Since then she as helped hundreds of clients to sell their homes and investment properties.
Daphne has also advised on television programmes including 'Location, Location, Location'. She has written for several property magazines, including 'Hot Property' and 'Property Square' and also for Channel 4's website 4Homes.
Both Nigel and Daphne are frequently asked to give seminars about property and have appeared at 'The Homebuyer Show' , 'The BBC Good Homes Show', 'The Ideal Home Show', 'World of Property' and 'The Overseas Property Show'.
Nigel and Daphne can also be regularly heard on BBC Local Radio, including BBC Radio Oxford, BBC Coventry and West Midlands and BBC Three Counties Radio.
